On April 13, 2015, the opening ceremony for an innovative teaching and research practice base co-established by Institute of Evidence Law and Forensic Science (IELFS), China University of Political Science and Law (CUPL) and Qujiang District People's Court in Quzhou, Zhejiang Province was held in Qujiang Court. Professor Lin Chang, dean of IELFS, and Assistant Professor Zhuhao Wang were invited to attend the ceremony. More than 40 people attended the ceremony, including principals of the related departments of Quzhou Intermediate People's Court and the local government and all the judges of the Qujiang District People's Court. With this practice base as a platform, the two sides will develop intercommunications and collaborations on theoretical research, joint surveys, trainings and teaching practice.

After the opening ceremony, Professor Lin Chang delivered a lecture on “Analysis of judicial appraisal and its evidence”, with more than 120 judges and law enforcement staffs from local public security, prosecution, court and other departments attended.
