At the invitation of Institute of Evidence Law and Forensic Science, Mr. Vladimir·Gureyev from Russia has successfully given lectures for CUPL students on 30th Nov. 2015. Professor Zhihua Wang was the host of the activity and professor Baosheng Zhang attended and commented on this vivid lecture. 

The first topic of the lecture was the state quo of the Federal law of Russia. Based on this topic, Mr. Gureyev had shown a very good overview of the Russian legal system and the basis trial procedure, including the procedure of judges’ selection. Be worth raising, Mr. Gureyev also introduced the bankruptcy system of individuals. This rule has been just carried out since 1st Oct. 2015. It is precious for students to access to these valuable new rules and his vivid analyzing helped students have better understanding of the Russia legal system. 

With the smooth communication between students and Russian professional, the lecture was over in a lively atmosphere.
