Dr. Chenchen WANG is Lecturer of Law at Institute of Evidence Law and Forensic Science, China University of Political Science and Law (“CUPL”). She holds a master’s degree and a PhD in Law from the Southwest University of Political Science and Law, China and a PhD in Private Law and Criminal Science (doctorat en droit privé et sciences criminelles) from the University of Bordeaux, France. Dr. WANG’s teaching and research areas include evidence law, criminal procedure, comparative law. Her work entitled Encadrement de la liberté de la preuve dans la procédure pénale : étude comparée France-Chine (Limit of the freedom of evidence in criminal proceeding: comparative study between France and China) has been published by the Éditions Universitaires Européennes in France.
