Baoguo Fang is Associate Professor of Law, Postgraduate Supervisor of China University of Political Science and Law (CUPL). He also serves as Adjunct Professor in Yanshan University, Assistant Attorney General of Gongyi People's Procurator in Zhengzhou, Henan Province and Deputy Director in the Second Branch of the Beijing People's Procurator. Professor Fang joined CUPL after receiving Ph.D. of Law from Peking University in 2005. His research and teaching focus on evidence law and criminal procedure law.

While teaching in CUPL, Professor Fang presides several key projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China and Ministry of Justice P.R.C, leading the research in evidence law and criminal procedure law.
