Jinxi Wang is Professor of Law, Ph.D. Supervisor at Institute of Evidence Law and Forensic Science, China University of Political Science and Law (“CUPL”). He also servers as the director of Lawyer Science Research Center. After receiving Ph.D. of Law from China University of Political Science and Law, Professor Wang was invited to visit America Northwest University in 2002 and University of California in 2010 as a visiting scholar.His research and teaching focus on evidence law, procedure law and legal practice.

While teaching in CUPL, Professor Wang also serves as the Deputy Editor of Evidence Science magazine - a leading Chinese law journal focusing on studies of evidence law and forensic science. In the meantime, Professor Wang was elected into "Program for New Century Talents in University of Ministry of Education of China of 2008" and worked as the leader of "Program for  Yangtze River Scholars and Innovative Research Team in University of Ministry of Education of China- the Research and Application of Evidence Science".  

 

 

Professor Wang presides several key projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China and Ministry of Justice P.R.C, leading the research in evidence law and legal practice. He was awarded the Beijing Higher Education Outstanding Textbooks in 2013 and won the prize of Excellent Papers of “Justice of China” several times.
