【摘 要】随着诉讼制度不断完善，审判中对文件检验的要求不仅停留在同一性认定上，也希望能够获知文件的制作时间，并以此来作为裁判的依据。但文件制作时间鉴定一直是文检领域中的难题。目前，文件制作时间鉴定有多种方法，但都各有局限性，以致在实践应用中不能总是得到准确可信的结果。因此，在文件制作时间鉴定领域，目前还没有统一的鉴定标准。鉴定活动的规范化是司法鉴定发展的必然趋势，如此才能进一步保证鉴定工作的规范性和可信度。因此，对文件制作时间鉴定的实践情况进行调研具有很强的理论意义与实用价值，本文对文件制作时间鉴定方法进行梳理、总结，并提出相应促进文件制作时间鉴定规范化的建议。

【Abstract】Along with the continuous improvement of the legal system, the forensic document examination,which is relied upon by the court to make decision, is not only merely used to determine authorship, but also called to determine the original writing time. However, determination of the original writing time has always been difficult in the field of forensic document examination. Many methods can be employed to determine the original writing time, but each method has its own limitations. Thus, in practice, it is impossible to always obtain accurate and reliable results. In the field of forensic examination of the original writing time, there has not yet been a national or industry-recognized consensus standard. The standardization of forensic examinations is an inevitable trend in the development of forensic science. Only the standardization can further ensure the forensic examinations to be regulated and credible. Therefore, it is of great significance both in theory and practice to investigate the practice of forensic examination of the original writing time. This paper combs and summarizes methods employed in forensic examination of the original writing time, and puts forward corresponding suggestions in promoting the standardization of forensic examination of the original writing time.
