【摘 要】 公诉证明对象、公诉证据标准和公诉证明方式三个核心问题可以初步构建起公诉证明的理论框架。公诉证明对象包括事实、定罪和量刑三方面；公诉证据标准应当与法院定罪标准相一致；公诉证明方式应当吸收故事讲述模式的有益因素，从“故事”的全面性、一致性、独特性的角度衡量是否达到了证明标准，并合理拟定举证顺序。

【Abstract】 Three key Issues, the object of proof, proof standard and mode of proof in public prosecution,can be primarily built into a theoretical framework of proof in public prosecution. The objects of proof in public prosecution include fact, conviction and sentencing; the proof standard of public prosecution should be identical to the standard of conviction of the court; the mode of proof in public prosecution should, modeling on the storytelling style, be measured in terms of the comprehensiveness, consistency and uniqueness of a story for a test of consistency with the proof standard, and have a reasonably arranged sequence for evidence production.
