【摘 要】交通事故已经成为英国引起死亡率和致残率的首要原因,安全气囊的发明和使用明显的降低了交通事故中的死亡率和致残率。虽然安全气囊可以降低交通事故中人员的死亡率和损伤程度,但同时也引起很多非致命性的损伤。本文主要阐述了安全气囊的作用机制,引起的损伤类型以及致伤机制,并提出减少和降低与气囊相关的损伤和死亡的建议。

【Abtract】Traffic accident has become the leading reason of morbidity and mortality in the United Kingdom. The usage of car airbag drastically reduced both morbidity and mortality in traffic accidents.Also,the airbags have reduced the severity of injuries in car collisions. However, it has been associated with some nonfatal injuries. This article summarized the action mechanism of airbag and the type of injuries it caused.Some advices are given to prevent the injuries and deaths caused by car airbag.
