【摘 要】 符号学作为以哲学为基础的跨学科方法论被广泛应用于人文社科研究领域。皮尔斯符号学原理与刑事证据科学对于真相的认知具有内在一致性。将刑事证据转化为符号并运用符号语法学、批判逻辑学及普遍修辞学等符号规则阐释证据的真实关联性，构建证据符号学的研究纲要，有助于为法官自由裁量提供科学依据，促进法律共同体的形成。

【Abstract】Semiotics is widely used in research fields of humanities and social science as an interdisciplinary methodology based on philosophy. Pierce’s semiotic principle is inherently consistent with criminal evidence science in cognizing the truth. Transforming criminal evidences into symbols and using the theory of semiotic grammar, critical logic and universal rhetoric to interpret the correlation degree of authenticity of evidence, and to construct theresearch outline of evidence semiotics, can help provide scientific basis for judges’ discretion and accelerate the formation of legal community.
