【摘 要】生殖系统是人类繁衍后代，延续种族以及维持其性特征的重要器官。因此，生殖系统损害对个体造成的后果往往非常严重。2017 年 1 月 1 日实施的《人体损伤致残程度分级》标准，其生殖系统损害的相关条款与既往标准存在较大差异。本文比较了《人体损伤致残程度分级》与国内外其他残疾标准中生殖系统损害的相关内容，探讨《人体损伤致残程度分级》标准的优点及不足，并提出了完善《人体损伤致残程度分级》标准相关内容的建议。

【Abstract】The reproductive system is an important system for human procreating, reproduction of human race and maintenance of sexuality. Therefore, the consequence of reproductive system damage can often be very serious. The Classification of Severity of Disability Caused by Physical Injuries (CSDCPI) has been implemented since January 1, 2017. The standard of defining reproductive system damage, provided by the CSDCPI, is remarkably different from previous standards. This article compares reproductive system damage defined in the CSDCPI with standards provided by domestic and international rules, and discusses the advantages and disadvantages of the newly implemented standards. This article also puts forward suggestions of how to improve the newly implemented criterion.
