【摘 要】 本文旨在从宏观、中观、微观三个层次统计研究签名笔迹特征的数量规律，客观认识在签名笔迹检验鉴定中各层次特征的应用。收集 30 份案例的鉴定书，统计签名笔迹各层次各特征的使用情况，认识特征的内在价值规律及在检验鉴定中的具体作用。经统计发现在检验鉴定过程中，微观层次特征使用率高、中观层次特征使用率较低，宏观特征使用率最低。持认定与持否定鉴定意见的案例有不同的侧重特征，本统计研究为签名笔迹量化提供数据基础。

【Abstract】This article aims to study the quantity laws that underlie signature handwriting characteristics from the macro-middle-micro dimensions, and to further the objective understanding of how to identify signature handwriting characteristics in practice. This study will be based on a collection of 30 expert opinions on signature handwriting and analyze how the experts count on the signature handwriting characteristics from different dimensions. According to the statistical analysis, the study will find out the underlying values and laws and the impacts of these values and laws. According to the preliminary estimation, the ratio of using the micro level characteristics is the highest of the three dimensions. Of the two less frequently used dimensions, the ratio of using the middle level characteristics is higher than the macro level. The distribution of the ratios varies between positive opinions and negative opinions. This research provides data base for standardizing signature handwriting examination.
