【摘 要】以审判为中心的诉讼制度改革促使法官、检察官和律师需加强对科学证据的质证和审查，而我国大专院校对法学或法律硕士复合型人才培养非常欠缺。本文构建了具有特色鲜明、内容科学、设计合理、注重实效的法庭科学实务培养课程体系，提出注重培养法学学生几种能力和意识，并建议加强 利用高校司法鉴定实验室、激发学生学习积极性，考核方式从重结果走向过程和结果并重，促进法学学生进入法庭科学实验室后整个过程保持高度重视和积极性，以期达到培养现代科学证据理性思维复合型法律人才的目标。

【Abstract】The trial-centered litigation system reform has required judges, prosecutors and lawyers to strengthen the cross-examination and censorship of forensic evidence. However, universities lack emphasis in cultivating the interdisciplinary law students or Juris masters with knowledge of Forensic Science. This paper constructs a “Forensic Science Practice” curriculum system with distinctive characteristics, scientific content,reasonable design and pragmatic effect. This paper promotes the emphasis on building several abilities and senses of awareness of law students, and the use of university forensic laboratories in order to stimulate students' enthusiasm in study. This paper also suggests the evaluation method should be transformed from taking sole consideration of result to equal consideration of process and result in order to keep the students’ full attention and enthusiasm in forensic laboratories. By applying the above proposals, it is to be hoped that the goal of cultivating modern interdisciplinary legal talents with rationale thinking ability absorbed from forensic science would be achieved.
