【摘 要】讯问笔录制作时面临口语到书面语的转写、方言到普通话的转写、问题语言到规范语言的转写、不文明语言到文明语言的转写以及非言语信息的记录等问题。这些转写既要确保笔录作为证据的客观真实性，又要兼顾笔录的制作的可操作性。转写的尺度应有一定的标准，要把握到位。

【Abstract】In the process of making interrogation records, we are faced with many problems in the language transcription, from spoken language to written language, from dialect to mandarin, from problematic language to normative language, from uncivilized language to civilized language, as well as the recording of nonverbal information. During those transcriptions, not only the objective authenticity of interrogation records should be ensured,but also the making-process itself is expected to be exercisable. It is noteworthy that the extent of the transcription shall be standardized and appropriate.
