【摘 要】 足部残疾评定是法医临床实践中下肢残疾评定的难点之一。2017 年 1 月 1 日《人体损伤致残 程度分级》实施，足部残疾划分指标、评定原则与方法与国外标准存在较大差异。本文比较了包括《人体 损伤致残程度分级》等国内标准与国外其他伤残标准中足部残疾的相关内容，探讨国内外标准的异同，在 比较中为我国标准相关内容的进一步修订和完善提供参考与借鉴。

【Abstract】Foot permanent impairment evaluation is considered to be a difficulty in evaluating the lower limbs permanent impairment in forensic clinical medicine. Guidelines on Grading Permanent Impairment came into force on January 1st, 2017. The gradings, evaluation principles and evaluation methodology on foot permanent impairment set forth in 2017 Guidelines severely deviate from the foreign countries’ criterion. This article compares domestic foot permanent impairment evaluation criterion with the criteria and guides implemented in other countries. Based on an analysis of the similarities and distinctions of the criteria at home and abroad, this article provides reference for further revision and improvement of relevant standards in China. provides reference and inspiration for the revision and improvement of the domestic foot permanent impairment evaluation criteria.
