【摘 要】鉴定意见作为证据，需要查证属实后方能采用。由于专业的难度，对鉴定意见真实性审查 始终没有找到有效的解决方案。法律增加了专家辅助人参与审查，效果依然差强人意。鉴定意见的真实性是由科学性所决定，鉴定技术科学可靠决定鉴定意见科学可靠。虽然对鉴定意见科学性判断依然是个难题，但对鉴定意见是否符合科学标准还是具有可操作性。如果换种思维，只对鉴定意见科学合理性进行审查，既有可操作性，又有审查实效。

【Abstract】Before taking judicial appraisals as evidence, verification of its authenticity must be taken place. Due to the difficulty of the profession, no effective solution has been found to the authenticity verification of appraisal opinions.Therefore, the law requires the participation of expert assistants during the verification progress, yet the results remain unsatisfied. Authenticity depends on scientificity; similarly, the reliability of appraisal opinions depends on that of the technology. Although the scientific judgment of judicial appraisals remains a difficult task, it is still feasible to determine whether they conform to certain scientific standards. Therefore, it would be both feasible and effective, if merely the scientific rationality of the judicial appraisal has been reviewed.
