【摘 要】由于笔迹鉴定的主要应用领域是司法审判，探讨笔迹鉴定意见审查的最终目的是满足司法活动对于笔迹鉴定的现实需求，也是确保其正确地发挥科学证据在案件中的证明作用，促进司法公正目标的重要方面。本文通过追溯笔迹鉴定意见作为美国庭审证据的历史，导引出笔迹鉴定科学性的质疑与论证，以及有关笔迹鉴定领域的相关认识误区，进而提出强化笔迹鉴定意见科学性的几点措施，最后通过上述问题的论述，更深层次地揭示出笔迹鉴定意见审查在实践中的质疑与挑战以及未来之路。

【Abstract】Since handwriting identification is mainly applied to judicial trials, the ultimate goal of the handwriting evidence scrutiny is to meet the realistic demand of handwriting identification by judicial activities and also to ensure that it correctly displays the proof function of scientific evidence in the case and promotes the goal of justice. By tracing the history of handwriting identification as evidence in the courtrooms of the United States, this paper introduces the questioning and argumentation on the issue of scientificity of handwriting identification, as well as related misunderstandings in the field of handwriting identification. This study suggests some approaches to improve the expert opinion on handwriting. Finally, the above study reveals in-depth that the challenges of handwriting opinions in practice and in the future development.
