【摘要】《人体损伤致残程度分级》（简称《致残分级》）自2017年1月1日起实施，一定程度解决了我国涉及人身损害赔偿既往残疾标准不统一等问题。现为进一步完善《致残分级》，本文基于以美国《永久性残损评定指南》为主的国外残疾标准，对比分析国内外残疾标准的异同，选择性吸收国外先进理论部分，以此提出一些建议和思考。

【Abstract】 The implementation of the Classification of Severity of Disability Caused by Physical Injuries (referred to as Classification of Disability) since January 1, 2017 to some extent has solved problems such as inconsistency of previous disability criteria related to personal injury compensation in China. To further improve Classification of Disability, this paper compares Classification of Disability with overseas disability criteria,mainly U.S. Guides to the Evaluation of Permanent Impairment, selectively absorbs their advanced parts and finally provides some advice and reflections.
