【摘 要】在刑事审讯中，以收集信息为目的的证据策略运用，是一个由证据评估、获取自由陈述、穷尽证据解释、分层出示证据、用证对质并要求解释等五个步骤组成的严密的策略体系。该策略体系以回溯推理原理为指导，以换位思考为视角，以改变犯罪嫌疑人的反审讯策略为核心，旨在实现收集信息、保障人权和遵守法制之间的平衡。

【Abstract】In a police interrogation, the strategic use of evidence with the purpose of collecting information  is a strict strategy system which is composed of six steps: evaluating evidence, obtaining voluntary statement,  exhausting evidence interpretation, presenting evidence in layers, confronting suspects with evidence, and requiring  explanations. This system is guided by the principle of retrospective reasoning, takes the perspective of standing  in the suspect’s shoes, and pursues the goal of changing the suspect’s counter-interrogation strategies. Such system  aims to achieve the balance among collecting information, protecting human rights, and observing the rule of law.
