【摘 要】 本文从 1 例孕妇的损伤程度鉴定着手，对《人体重伤鉴定标准》的第78条、第45条、第92条等条款的应用进行研究，结合案情对现行标准应用误区进行分析，提出症结所在，为了保证鉴定结论的质量，对《人体重伤鉴定标准》进行完善和修改势在必行。

【Abstract】 This paper studies the applicability of Articles 78,45 and 92 of the "Standard for Assessing Injury to Living Body", beginning with a case of assessment of injury to a pregnant woman whose sufferings were identified by experts for several times. In analyzing the misunderstandings of the Standard in specific application,this paper points out the key problems. To the end of bettering the Standard so as to give more assurance to expert opinions, the paper concludes with suggestions on the improvement of the Standard.
