【摘 要】专家意见证据是一项非常重要的证据种类，尤其是在英美法系国家，专家意见证据为法官和陪审团在进行事实认定与做出最终裁决的过程中提供了专业上的帮助。长期以来，专家证据在英美法系国家的法庭审判中发挥着极为关键的作用。尤其在近年来，英国掀起了一场声势浩大的司法体制改革，其中就对专家意见证据制度所产生的问题提出了许多建议并指明了改革的方向。本文以分析英国专家证据的应用现状为出发点，揭示出英国专家意见证据制度中存在的问题，论述其改革方向的同时作出简要评价。

【Abstract】Expert evidence is of vital importance in the common law system countries. Expert evidence can help judges and jurors to determine a fact in issue and make decisions. Expert evidence has been playing a key role in common law trials for a long time. In recent years, the England judicial system has undergone a massive judicial system reformation, in which numerous reformation proposals on expert evidence have been brought up. These proposals are proposed to resolve the problems occurred in the application of expert evidence and demonstrate a clear direction of expert evidence reformation. This paper focuses on the current application of expert evidence system in England, and reveals the problems of England expert opinion evidence system and its reforming direction. Corresponding comments will be provided as well in this article.
