【摘 要】我国三家互联网法院的成立标志着互联网植入司法的伟大革新，其中技术革新所带来的最直观影响便是证据规则的改变，其特别体现在区块链存证第一案中。互联网法院的审判模式对证据裁判、自由心证和直接言词等基本原则有所发展，也一定程度上突破了传统的最佳证据规则。以证据形式的电子化以及电子数据证据的充斥为起始点，传导至取证、存证形式的电子化以及机构、平台的创制，再到审判中举证、质证规则的创新，认证规则中电子数据证据审查方式与规则的完善，可以总结出我国互联网法院创新举措对证据规则之影响的分布逻辑。

【Abstract】The establishment of three internet courts in China marks a great innovation of internet being implanted into the judicial system. Among them, the most intuitive impact brought by technological innovation is the change in rules of evidence, which is especially embodied in the first case of blockchain-based proof-of existence. The trial mode of the internet courts has developed the basic principles of evidence adjudication, free evaluation of evidence, direct trail and verbal trail, and to some extent it has also made a breakthrough over the traditional best evidence rule. The influences on rules of evidence exerted by the innovative measures of internet courts in China started at the electronification of evidence and the flood of electronic data evidence. Then it happened to the electronification of both evidence collection and evidence preservation, and also the creation of institutions and platforms. Finally it ended with the innovations in the rules of evidence presentation and quotation in trial, and the improvement of electronic data evidence review methods and rules in certification rules.Those influences can be summarized as the distribution logic of the influences on rules of evidence exerted by the innovative measures of internet courts in China.
