【摘 要】2018 年《法学类专业教学质量国家标准》（以下简称《国标》）将证据法正式列入法学类专业核心课程，成为中国各法学院校根据办学特色开设的其他专业必修课课程选项之一。由于核心课程在特定专业人才培养中最具有决定性意义，因此证据法入选《国标》对于中国证据法学的发展具有重要的里程碑意义。证据法之所以能够成为法学专业核心课程之一，其主要原因在于，经过数十年的发展，它已经形成了足以支撑人才培养目标特定维度的知识体系，层次分明的位阶型培养目标体系，以证据法学为核心的自成体系课程版块，量质齐升日益繁荣的证据法学研究成果体系，能够支持证据法课程理论实践与研究的高水平师资队伍，以及常态化高水准的前沿性国际交流体系。除此之外，证据法的发展也满足了《国标》选择核心课程的标准，外加学科带头人的不断强力推动，终于完成了证据法发展的这一里程碑任务。

【Abstract】 In 2018, Evidence Law was officially included in the core curriculum of law major, in accordance with The National Standards for Teaching Quality of Law Major (hereinafter referred to as The National Standard). It therefore became one of the compulsory courses offered by Chinese law schools as characteristics of running a school. Since the core curriculum is decisive in the training of professionals, the inclusion of the Evidence Law in The National Standard is an important milestones for the development of Chinese Evidence Law. The main reasons for its inclusion in the core curriculum lists lare that, after decades of development, it has formed a knowledge system that can support the specific dimension of the talent-training objectives, and a hierarchical level of talent-training objectives system. Besides the self-contained course module with evidence law as its core, the high-level faculty that can support theoretical practice and research of the evidence law curriculum, as well as the high-level frontier international exchange system contribute to this change. In addition, the development of the Evidence Law also satisfies the criteria for selecting the core curriculum of The National Standard, as well as the continuous efforts of the academic leaders has finally accomplished this milestone task of the development of the Evidence Law.
