　　【摘 要】 随着现代社会不同领域电子签名的广泛运用，司法实践中对电子签名笔迹的真实性检验，可能会逐渐成为当前与未来文件检验界的重要课题。但迄今为止，电子签名笔迹的笔迹特征种类及其价值大小仍处于探索阶段，特别是有别于普通签名笔迹的动态特征方面，理论界讨论更少。为了充分利用电子签名笔迹的笔迹信息，提高电子签名笔迹检验的准确性、可靠性，我们需要侧重分析电子签名笔迹动态特征的种类，论述该类特征在电子签名笔迹检验中的价值。最后，通过在电子签名摹仿笔迹中对动态特征的运用效果进行检验验证，本文提出了利用电子签名笔迹动态特征检验鉴定的要点。

　　【Abstract】 With the wide employment of electronic signature in different fields of modern society, the authentication of the electronic signature handwriting in judicial practice may gradually become an important subject in the field of document authentication today and tomorrow. So far, though, the category of features in electronic signature handwriting and its value are still in the exploration phase. In particular, there are fewer discussions in theoretical circles on dynamic features, which are different from those of ordinary signature handwriting. For the purpose of making full use of the information embodied in the electronic signature handwriting, and improving the accuracy and reliability of the electronic signature handwriting authentication,

　　the focus shall be the analysis of the categories of dynamic features of the electronic signature handwriting, and discussion on the value of such features in electronic signature handwriting authentication. Finally, through the verification of the application effect of dynamic features in electronic signature imitation handwriting, this paper puts forward some key points for employing the dynamic features to authenticate the electronic signatures handwriting.
