　　【摘 要】 印证”证明模式既可以判断证据证明力的有无，又可以判断证据证明力的大小。在犯罪嫌疑人、被告人认罪的情况下，应当采取“印证”证明模式—在对核心证据(口供)进行严格审查的基础上，围绕核心证据收集其他证据，再用其他证据检验核心证据的真实性，通过两者的“放射状印证”认定案件事实。在该种模式下，由于犯罪嫌疑人、被告人供述的内容与所要证明的案件事实呈现对应关系，对案件事实的证明就等于对口供的验证和补强。

　　【Abstract】 The "corroboration" mode of proof can not only judge the authenticity of evidence, but also judge the probative force of evidence. In the case of the guilty plea of the suspect and the defendant, we should adopt the "corroboration" mode of proof. On the basis of strict examination of the core evidence (confession), we should collect other evidence around the core evidence, then use other evidence to test the authenticity of the core evidence, and confirm the facts of the case through the "radial corroboration". In this mode, as the content of the confession corresponds to the facts of the case to be proved, the proof of the facts of the case is equivalent to the verification and reinforcement of the confession.
