　　【摘 要】 随着以审判为中心的诉讼体制改革，证据审查在法庭审判中发挥的作用越来越大。科学证据作为一种跨社会科学和自然科学的证据，其审查成为制约法官认定案件事实的因素。通过对科学证据跨学科属性的阐析和表现形式的归类，提出一种跨学科视野下科学证据的审查范式。法官可以借助有专门知识的人、专家陪审员和专业委员会等专业人员对科学证据进行质证，并从科学证据的原理、方法、操作和法律规范四方面对科学证据的合法性、关联性和真实性进行审查，进一步提高审查证据的能力，确保科学证据经得起法律的检验，保障司法公正。

　　【Abstract】 With the trial-centered litigation system reform, evidence review plays an increasingly important role in court trials. As a cross-social science and natural science evidence, scientific evidence has become an obstacle for judges to determine the facts of the case. Through the analysis of the interdisciplinary attributes of scientific evidence, a paradigm of scientific evidence review is proposed from an interdisciplinary perspective. Expert witness, expert jurors and professional committees can support to examine scientific evidence. Judges shall examine the legality, relevance and authenticity of scientific evidence based on , methods, operations and legal norms of scientific evidence. The review of scientific evidence from an inter-disciplinary perspective further facilitate \ evidence examination, ensuring that scientific evidence withstand legal testing and guarantee justice.
